Alongside her finance administration experience, Jessica has successfully led process improvement initiatives, including helping a manufacturing business transition from paper-based systems to digital processes and implementing improved document management structures to increase efficiency and consistency.

Her background also includes executive support, event administration, customer service, and stakeholder communication, allowing her to confidently support a wide variety of operational tasks. Alongside coordinating charity events, networking meetings, and senior-level administrative support, she has experience handling detailed information management projects that require accuracy, discretion, and careful attention to process. More recently, Jessica has been supporting a large-scale Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) project as part of the wider My Freelance Admin collective, independently reviewing records, identifying sensitive information, and assisting with document preparation and redaction. The project requires a high level of confidentiality, consistency, and attention to detail, while working collaboratively within a coordinated project team.

Jessica is currently studying towards her AAT Level 3 qualification as she develops her own bookkeeping business, Five Bookkeeping. Whilst My Freelance Admin does not provide bookkeeping services, we are excited to explore opportunities to collaborate with Jessica's bookkeeping business in the future, helping connect clients with trusted specialist support where appropriate.
