As a professional singer-songwriter earlier in her career, Rachael learned the realities of running a business from the ground up — long before she ever called it that. She managed her own album release, organised a UK radio tour, built her website, coordinated marketing campaigns, and handled her finances and logistics — all while writing, recording, and performing.

Looking back, she recognises that period as the foundation for everything she does today: learning to be proactive, resourceful, and unafraid to figure things out from scratch. Those same traits now shape how she leads MFA — combining creativity with practical systems thinking to help other businesses do the same.
